2021 the 7th Annual Valentine Exchange
2021 Valentine Exchange Info
Here are guidelines and tips for this year’s exchange.
1.You pick a number of Valentines you agree to mail out on Feb. 8, 2021*.
Minimum is 3.
2. Valentines can be purchased or homemade OR a combo of both.
No reason why you can’t make 3 cards and buy 7. Or make them all. Or buy them all. Totally up to you.
3. *We mail on Feb. 8, 2021. It isn’t mandatory, but part of the fun is that we do this on the same day. If your schedule is busy and you mail early, that’s fine. If you are running behind, by all means, mail your Valentines ASAP, even if it’s past 2/8/21.
But if you can, let’s all mail as a group.
4. Filling out the google doc. is how you register.
You will enter your email and mailing address. Please, PLEASE, double check your info before you hit “Submit”. If you make a mistake, I will have no way of contacting you and you WILL NOT GET A LIST OF ADDRESSES, nor will you receive any Valentines.

* also, see below in “tips”...
6. Follow the Facebook Group page or the Instagram account (both with the auntpammysvalentineexchange name) for updates and info. This blog will be updated, but at the bottom of this post. I find FB and Instagram quicker and easier ways to get current info.
Tips:
Error on the side of “too many”. Every year people say they wished they had signed up for more.
Do this as a group activity. Classrooms, church groups, Girl Scouts etc. can participate using one email and one street address.
Keep in mind that many participants are teens and kids. Valentines need to be rated G. It’s a time of friendship and goodwill. People sending inappropriate Valentines will be blocked from future exchanges. If you happen to get a card you find questionable, please contact me.
If you find you can’t pull it off:
Hey, sometimes it just doesn’t work out.
I have people who can cover your list for you, but I have to know about it in due time.
If it’s looking like a no-go, contact me ASAP.

Tips:
Every year people have a hard time getting that email with the list. You can help by emailing me FIRST. This tells your account and browser that I’m not spam.
Just say “hi Aunt Pammy!”
