2023 Aunt Pammy's Valentine Exchange (9th annual)  2023 Valentine Exchange Info Here are guidelines and tips for this year’s exchange. 1.You pick a number of Valentines you agree to mail out on Feb. 6, 2023 Minimum is 3.  2.
